We at MOVE have been engaging with movement enthusiasts from all over SF Bay since the launch of our website. Our dance program welcomes movers from various backgrounds and ethnicities to learn about and experience the respective cultures that our dance styles come from. Our goal has always been to help people feel more connected and balanced to their mind, body, and soul. As we approach our fourth anniversary in September, we have witnessed the transformation in our students and received positive feedback that validates our mission. 

 We understand that there are many dance programs and classes available to choose from, but Move: Spirit & Rhythm is unique in the way we teach dance. Our program is more than just learning the art form, style, and cultural backgrounds. It incorporates wellness principles such as awareness, breath, observation, form, and structure, along with the skill of dance to help you better understand your body and recognize any dis-ease or dis-harmony. By experiencing these principles and learning dance, you will be able to achieve a 'whole body & mind learning.'
